Shimano bicycle products are covered under warranty against defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of original purchase. Dura-Ace and XTR components have a 3 year warranty.
Campagnolo products from model year 1998 and earlier have a 1 year warranty. Products from model year 1999 and later have a 3 year warranty.
Merckx, Pegoretti, and Pinarello frames are warranted for two years against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship and one year on finish. This guarantee is not transferable to a third party. For all warranty claims, a copy of the original sales receipt is required.
Torelli and Mondonico warrant their frames and forks purchased from an authorized dealer against defects in workmanship and materials for three years. Warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame or fork as pro-rated below and is the sole remedy of the warranty. Frames that are used in actual racing are warranted for 1 year including 6 months on paint.

Bianchi U.S.A., Inc. warrants that any new Bianchi bicycle purchased from an authorized Bianchi dealer will be free from defects in material and workmanship:

Felt warranties all adult bicycles and bicycle frames except Shot Jumping models to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. Normal wear and tear and damage from fatigue are not covered by warranty. The length of the useful life cycle will vary depending on the type of frame, riding conditions and care the bicycle receives. Warranty coverage for components and finish is for 1 year from date of original purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. This warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the frame cannot be broken or will last forever.
Look Carbon Frames are warranted for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Paint, decals, varnish, and all the finish aspects are warranted for one year. For warranty validation, it is essential that the two postcards attached to each frame be completed and returned to Look Cycle, the sole guaranteeing authority. This guarantee is not transferable to a third party. For all warranty claims, a copy of the original sales receipt is required.
Cervelo, as of January 1, 2004, warrants each bicycle frame purchased after this date against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the frame is owned by the original owner, excluding paint and decals. (Cervélo bicycle frames purchased before this date came with a four year warranty). This warranty is expressly limited to either the repair or replacement of the defective frame at the sole discretion of Cervélo – and no other remedies are available under the warranty.
Ellsworth warrants their frames, road and mountain, for 2 years all-inclusive against any manufacturing defects.
Rocky Mountain limited warranty covers your frame from the date of purchase of your new Rocky Mountain according to the frame material and the type of use:

Merlin Metalworks warrants to the original owner that their frames will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the frame. The new Merlin composite frames, Cielo and Proteus, are covered under the same warranty.
Quintana Roo warrants to the original consumer that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the periods set forth below:
