Time tested design from Tom Ritchey. The full-sized bike can be split mid-frame and packed in a 29" x 26 x 9 travel case (included)*. Hand TIG welded of custom heat treated Ritchey cromoly steel tubing throughout. Includes Ritchey Pro carbon fork with carbon steerer plus headset (professionally machined and installed BiKyle). The patented coupling system adds a mere 100 grams to the frame! Includes Ritchey quick-disconnect links for cables. Frame weighs 4.2 lbs in 50cm. Color is blue with white contrast. *The Breakaway travel case features handles and wheels to make travel easier. Includes packing kit to help protect frame tubes. Due to the Breakaway nature of the bike, this case is much smaller than similar travel cases. Ritchey does not guarantee what airlines will charge, however, it is usually much less than a full sized bike case. And when asked what the case contains always say "Fitness equipment". Often this avoids any excess baggage fees.
