While it seems common sense that improving the comfort and minimizing the vibrations reduces energy loss when riding over bumps, there is science to prove it. Riding over most bumpy surfaces will not generate a single frequency of vertical seat movement, but rather an entire spectrum of frequencies with distinct peaks at different frequencies. Eddy's Exclusive Limited Lifetime Warranty means that you have a lifetime warranty on your bike frame as of the 2010 collection onwards, provided certain conditions are met. One of them is that you register your bike with Merckx Cycles.

Signing up for the lifetime warranty also gives you access to the Eddy Merckx Cycles community so you can one of the first to be informed of all the latest news, special promotions, and contests.

Once registered, you will receive your own personal bike passport via post at your mailing address. You should present this to Cycles BiKyle or any other authorized Eddy Merckx dealer whenever your bike is serviced.
