U.S.E. Seatposts ~
From a small workshop in southern England come some of
the most innovative and highest quality seatposts on the planet. Jewelers by
trade, USE first made exotic bike parts just for fun. However, their suspension
seatpost really took off and they now dedicate nearly all their time to making
exquisite posts - road, mountain, and cyclocross.
USE posts are very light; see the specs below. And from
their mountain bike background,
they've learned to build strong, dependable seatposts. Most important, however,
is their patented clamp head. It is stronger, lighter, and more adjustable than
any other head on the market. And, it looks great too!

USE Carbon Aero ~
No doubt about it,
this is one of the best looking seatposts ever made!
The USE Carbon Aero comes in three sizes
to give you proper clearance for the aero section above your seat tube. Size
is 27.2. Weight is a mere 150 - 160 grams depending on size.
Small ~
 | Works for 13
to 19 cm clearance between top of seat tube
and middle of saddle rail* |
 | Total length from center of rails to bottom of post = 25
cm |
 | Length of aero section from
center of rails to bottom of aero contour = 13 cm |
Medium ~
 | Works for 18.5
to 24 cm clearance
between top of seat tube and middle of saddle
rail* |
 | Total length from center of rails to bottom of post =
31 cm |
 | Length of aero section from
center of rails to bottom of aero contour = 18.5
cm |
Large ~
 | Works for
23.5 to
28 cm clearance between top of seat tube
and middle of saddle rail* |
 | Total length from center of rails to bottom of post =
36 cm |
 | Length of aero section from
center of rails to bottom of aero contour =
23.5 cm |
*Clearance =
the distance between the top of your seat tube and the middle of your seat rail.
Measure that distance on your bike then select your Carbon Aero size
accordingly. Most well-fit traditional road bikes will use the small size.
More contemporary frames as well as riders with more than average seat post exposed
will need the medium. Current
"compact" frames with lots of seat post exposed may require the large. To be
sure, measure the exposed seat post on your exact bike before ordering.

triathletes. Weight is just 140 grams! Diameter is 27.2. For length, see Carbon
Aero above.
