For 2010, Pinarello introduces a very hot single speed, the Lungavita which is Italian for long life. Made of multi-shaped 6061 T6 aluminum, but finished in the paint schemes of Pinarello's 1951 classics. This is a bike that Giovanni Pinarello has been working on for the past several years as a tribute to the great craftsman that made the brand so world-renowned. Frame weight is just 3.4 pounds. Includes FSA single-speed crankset with Campagnolo track wheelset (flip-flop rear hub includes both fixed gear and single-speed freewheel). Selle Italia Ponza saddle, front and rear brakes, no pedals. Weight is 17.5 lbs in 51cm. Available in white, red, black, and dark green.

An instant classic, the Tipo Uno Fixie features a relaxed road/track geometry of double butted cromoly throughout plus a straight-raked 1 1/8" cromoly fork with investment cast crown. Fully forged horizontal track dropouts on the rear with alignment adjusters. Matte green paint with classic silver panel decals.

Parts: Forged 170mm aluminum Lasco track crank with 46t chainring and sealed cartridge bearing. 17t rear cog, 3/32" chain. All-aluminum pedals in track design with steel toe clips plus genuine leather toe straps with nylon layer to prevent stretching. Reinforced leather saddle with classic rivets, adjustable tension rod to minimize break-in and extend life. Alloy seatpost and stem, 1 1/8" threadless headset, Tektro R530 dual pivot alloy brakes with replaceable cartridge pads front and rear.

Wheels: Torelli 36-hole sealed bearing track hubs with flip-flop rear, laced with stainless 2.0 (14 gauge) spokes and Alex DA22 double-walled aluminum rims. Tires are 700 x 25c.

Handlebars: Your choice of aluminum alloy in drop-style or flat. Select your preference of 40, 42, or 44cm width (center to center). Correctly matched alloy Tektro brake levers are included, of course.

Felt Dispatch 2010 ~

For honing bike skills, commuting, off-season training, and just-plain fun. The Dispatch has an FSA Vero crankset with 39t chainring and Felt Precision flip-flop rear hub with 16t x 3/32" rear fixed cog on one side plus a 16t x 3/32" freewheel on the other. The frame is Hydroformed 7005 aluminum alloy with a carbon fiber fork. Cane Creek brake levers with Tektro long reach dual pivot caliper brakes, alloy drop bar and 3-D forged stem, platform pedals. Alex R500 double-wall black rims with Vittoria Zaffiro 700 x 25c tires. Weight is 18.7 lbs and color is black.

Felt Curbside, 2010 ~

Inspired by bike couriers, the Curbside puts a hot, new spin on city bikes. Narrow flat bars get you through the tightest of openings while the small, BMX-style brake levers help you through city congestion. The frame is Hydroformed custom butted 7005 aluminum alloy with stainless steel inserts on forged dropouts plus carbon fiber fork with fender mounts. Color is custard or white.

Parts: FSA Vero 39t crankset with BMX-style brake levers and long-reach Tektro dual pivot brakes for fender clearance. Felt 30mm deep-V alloy rims with a Felt Precision flip-flop rear hub: 16t fixed on one side and 16t freewheel on the other, 14g Stainless spokes, KMC Z610 chain, Vittoria Zaffiro 700 x 25c tires, alloy stem and flat bar, platform pedals.

Fixxer Hub Converter ~

The Fixxer allows you to inexpensively and easily convert any Shimano cassette hub (except Silent Clutch, post 2003 Dura Ace, or pre-1997 Dura Ace) into a true fixed gear single speed hub. By simply removing the cassette body and replacing it with the Fixxer adapter you can use a fixed cog for safe coast-free riding. The Fixxer is a very popular conversion for track racers, off-season trainers, fixed gear commuters, and bike messengers. The Fixxer includes all parts necessary for installation including the axle, bearing, cones, spacers, and axle nuts. Most hubs can be spaced to 120, 126.5, 130, or 135mm. So, it fits track frames, newer road frames, older road frames, and mountain frames too!
