Order Information ~

 

 

Payment ~

For U.S. accounts ~

Cycles BiKyle accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Correct billing address must be included with your order to avoid delays in processing.

Canadian accounts ~

Canadian customers can use Visa, MasterCard, or American Express but the general services phone number of the bank that issues the credit card must accompany the order. Type that phone number into the "Special Instructions" field. Correct billing address must be included with your order to avoid delays in processing.

All other accounts ~

All orders from other than U.S. or Canadian accounts must be paid via Electronic Bank Transfer; that is the only method of payment that is guaranteed safe and secure for both parties. Email us for our EBT information that you will present to your bank so  they can transfer the funds to our bank. All banks are familiar with this simple process. Your order will be shipped as soon as our bank receives the transfer, usually about 3-5 business days.

 

Shipping damage ~ 

When damage in shipment occurs follow the following procedures within 24 hours:

If delivery is by United Parcel Service (UPS), hold the merchandize in the original carton and call your local UPS office and request an inspection. Promptly notify Cycles BiKyle regarding the inspection. 

If delivery is by U.S. Post Office, notify your local Postmaster who will then come and inspect the package. Then, file a claim with your local post office. Promptly notify Cycles BiKyle regarding the inspection and claim filed.  

 

Returns ~

We want you to be happy with your BiKyle purchase. That is why we offer a full refund or credit, your preference, for all returns within 2 weeks of purchase - except on bicycles and frames as noted below. BiKyle store credit is available for returns longer than 2 weeks but less than 4 weeks old. 

bulletItem must be in new condition and with original packaging.
bullet*Sorry, we cannot accept returns on bicycles or frames. Defective DVDs, videos, or damaged food-items will be replaced, but they are not refundable.
bullet*You must decide on the bicycle or frame you want BEFORE you place your order. We cannot give refunds, credits, or exchanges on bicycles or frames after an order is placed.
bulletIf we made a mistake on your order then your return ground shipping charge will be reimbursed and the replacement ground cost will be covered. Additional Air or Express shipping costs cannot be covered or credited. Additional shipping or processing fees charged by packaging centers cannot be reimbursed. Returned items must be sent prepaid. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
bulletThe actual cost of shipping an item such as wheels or trainers that we subsidize will be deducted on returns. . 
bulletKeep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return. Cycles BiKyle reserves the right to require proof of return shipment in the form of a shipper's receipt in order to credit your account.

 

To retrieve your last order  ~

When you start to finalize your order we will give you an order ID# via a computer cookie. If you stop shopping before the finalize section then there is no ID# and no cookie. If they go to the last page of finalizing your order, but then abandon the order, the ID# will remain for 24 hours and can be recalled and completed or modified. If you fully complete the order then it will remain for one year, during which time you can come back and reorder from the neworder.asp page. Each time you order, the cookie is updated to show your last order and information. Only the last order can be retrieved.

 

Mistakes can happen ~ (i.e. price changes)

Though we try our best to keep all of our web info up-to-date and accurate, occasionally mistakes do happen. Therefore, pricing, product availability, and offers are subject to change without notice. This includes mistakes due to typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising. But rest assured, if there is an unexpected price increase you can return the product and we'll pay the shipping both ways!
