By simply removing your rear wheel and slipping the trainer into your dropouts, the LeMond Revolution replicates the inertia of a rolling bicycle. The Revolution features High-Inertia Technology (HIT), designed with a large, weighted flywheel that mimics the inertia of a rolling bicycle.
