Hybrid Bikes ~

Around town bikes ~

Hybrids are a cross between road and mountain bikes. They retain the upright body positioning of a mountain bike but the frames, wheels, and tires are closer to road sizing. Therefore, they zip and zing much more efficiently than mountain bikes. Yet, they are stable and secure enough for hard packed trails and moderate gravel as well as rough city roads.

Pinarello Treviso, 2010 ~

We were amazed at how fast and fun this bike is to ride!

In 2007, Pinarello introduced their Treviso road bike with upright handlebars and it has been a huge success. The frame is triple butted 7005 T6 aluminum with taper gauge 7005 T6 Alu fork. The parts group is 18 speed Shimano Sora with alloy compact crank, 50 x 34. Includes Pinarello designed MOst alloy wheelset and MOst Eviva tires, Pinarello saddle, MOst bar and stem, no pedals. Comes with 23mm tires, but can fit up to 28mm. Available in black with silver or pink with white. If you are looking for an upright road bike that really zings, this is it!
