The result of more than 2 years of testing, the new Zipp SL raises the "bar" once again! The Zipp SL reinvents everything you thought you knew about handlebars. Starting with a completely clean sheet of carbon paper in order to achieve the near-impossible, Zipp developed a bar that is not only shockingly light but also stiff, strong, and safe! It includes dual cable routing grooves and constant taper flats that transition from the 31.8 center section to 24.2 at the bends making for a very comfortable ergonomic shape in your hands. Caution: NOT designed for aero clip-ons.

handle bar with everything we've come to expect of a ZIPP Speed Weaponry product: cutting
edge technology, aerodynamics, lightweight,
strength and real world fit and function. Precise shaping results in a
handlebar that is both
comfortable and stiff. The Contour SL feels good for a lot of
reasons, including ZIPP
exclusive VCLC technology for superior damping of high frequency, fatigue
inducing vibration. There is not a single round cross section in the entire
bar. The cross sectional curve
of the bar is optimized for the perfect wrist angle while the aerodynamic
airfoil top section elegantly hides the cables and provides a comfortable
surface
regardless of your hand position. Finally, the drops fill your hands with
a confidence inspiring, natural feeling disproportionate inner and outer radius.
You will not notice any of these refinements individually, but combined you will
notice the Contour SL is one great bar: fast, stiff, light,
and comfortable.
Specs: Sizes 38, 40, 42 and 44cm (measured center to center) with OS 31.8 center clamp, 190g average weight for 42cm. Force Directional wrapping for location specific stiffness and damping, 20mm of adjustable brake reach provided via ZIPP's exclusive multiple arch, Titanium mesh reinforcement in brake clamp area. (Use a 2 or 4 bolt removable face plate design. Install according to stem manufacturers torque specs. Caution: NOT designed for aero clip-ons.)
*Note on fit: These bars run about 6mm wider than Zipp marks. In other words, a 40cc is apx 40.6cm wide, center to center, and a 42cc is apx 42.6cm wide.
Drops: Available in traditional round bend as well as ergonomic shaping in a short and shallow bend. Round = 87.5mm reach, 130mm drop. Shallow = 84.5mm reach, 128mm drop.

Ergo 26.4 ~ This is a newer, improved version of the Classic, yet it still fit the traditional 26.4 stems. The Top Ergo is fully extruded so it's lighter and stronger than the Classics. The Top Ergo maintains the same classic round hand shape. Despite the "Ergo" name, there is no anatomic fit here! Includes twin recesses for cabling, front and rear. 66 = deep drop. 40 = width of bar, center to center in centimeters.
