Left leg - center of upper leg joint to ground:
Torso Measurements:
Feel around in your pelvic area until you find the very TOP of your pubic
plate. Measure from that spot up to the top of your sternum, right where the
soft tissue of your neck starts.
Torso 1 - sternum to top of pelvic plate:
This
measure runs from the top of your sternum again. But this time it goes all the
way down to your crotch, the top of your inseam. To make it easy, place a book
or similar object up firmly into your inseam/crotch area. Measure from the top
of that book up to the top of your sternum.
Torso2 - sternum to crotch:
Arms down to wrist:
The measuring spot at the top of your arm is right where the upper arm bone
ends. If you raise your arm up the side you will feel a small gully created
between your upper arm and your shoulder. Measure from the middle of that gully.
On the wrist, find the spot where the wrist bone juts out to the side.
